We have certainly been very busy in Reception over the past couple of weeks!
In Literacy we are starting to become more independent with our writing with our Free Write Fridays! We are building confidence with using the sounds we know to make words.
In Maths we have been sorting and classifying. This meant we had to look really closely at the features and properties of different items and give reasons behind our grouping methods
We have also been working really hard in other areas of learning, making sound effects to our favourite stories, creating a moving model so that Incey Wincey could climb to the top of the water spout, and answering 'would you rather' questions with our families. But perhaps one of our FAVOURITE things that we have enjoyed exploring was the snow!
