Today, Year 4 learnt about the features of a newspaper article. We learnt that an article must have a catchy heading, paragraphs, direct quotes and statistics. We then went on to look at Grenfell Tower’s devastating fire in 2017.
We were given the task of becoming journalists and collecting key information and quotes from the video. Afterwards, we took on the role of newspaper writer and wrote our own articles about the inferno.
