Power of Pictures - The Tree of Life

During Power of Pictures Week, Year 1 looked at the Tree of Life by Gustav Klimt. The image made us think about how wonderful our world is and how we must take care of it. We loved looking at the shapes and the shiny colours.

We decided to use papier-mache to recreate our own 3D 'Tree of Life' structure!

We also used press printing to make beautiful cherry leaf designs.

We learned how to draw hedgehogs!
