Day 4
Over the weekend, our caterpillars have been busy eating their food. This means that they have gotten quite a bit bigger! They are now almost 2cm long and are wriggling about in their pot. There is a lot of silk at the bottom of the pot too. It is a good sign that we are seeing this webbing! Caterpillars use the webbing to stick to plants as well as hide from other animals that might like to eat them!
