The children in Cassatt class have been immersing themselves in the world of pirates today! They discovered a treasure box at the writing area full of old scrolls and bottles. Following on from our lesson on positional language looking for Billy's Beetle, the children got to work writing instructions to find the beetle and some treasure!
The children got so involved in their play that many of them decided
to make pirate hats and eye patches.
