D.T Pinata Extravaganza

Day 1.
Off we go !
After a quick trip to the DIY store ,the children were presented with a long piece of wooden baton. Now for the maths, the children had to measure and divide their wood into 12 equal pieces to create a skeleton of their Pinata, this involved precision and team work, which was then followed with the children using hacksaws to cut the baton .-there were some fabulous carpentry skills !-
Once the children had done this, they carefully created their cube using PVA glue and card triangles. (this was based on their earlier prototypes)
