Day 1.
Off we go !
After a quick trip to the DIY store ,the children were presented with a long piece of wooden baton. Now for the maths,the children had to measure and divide their wood into 12 equal pieces to create a skeleton of their Pinata,this involved precision and team work,which was then followed with the children using hacksaws to cut the baton .-there were some fabulous carpentry skills !-
Once the children had done this,they carefully created their cube using PVA glue and card triangles. (this was based on their earlier prototypes)
Very nice work. Can't wait to see the finished results.
