Potter class have been looking at traditional tales this half term and this week we have been reading and retelling the story of the Gingerbread man! On Wednesday the children went to a real bakery to buy their own Gingerbread man to eat!

The children confidently ordered their own gingerbread men.

We were supported by lots of the parents and the children and staff want to say a great big thank you to all who came!!

When we got back to nursery we used our Gingerbread men to retell the story and at the end we gobbled them like sly old fox !! Snip snap, yum yum!!
