Reception have been setting themselves reading challenges this week!
Children had to work together in their talk partners to read a book and answer questions about the story. They have been really enjoying accessing new challenges in readiness for Year 1.
Some of the children's questions for their new Year 1 teachers include
"Where is the snack table in the new classroom?"
"What will we learn about in Year 1?"
"What colours will my new classroom be?"
They were really excited to meet Ms Whitney and Ms Webb for move up morning!
