Levers & Linkages

In key-worker bubble 3, we attempted to improve our engineering skills by developing moving mechanisms. In this D&T session, we created four different mechanisms: moving flags, waving hands, crocodile and moving dragon. Once we had assembled the mechanisms with split pins (this was very fiddly), we were able to draw our designs and place them onto the mechanisms. Despite it being very fiddly and tricky, we all created some amazing levers and linkages!
