Story telling in Kusama

Last week, year 2's were set the task to rewrite the story of the Tadpole's promise and there were some fantastic stories written. The children were asked to create their own characters and there was such a variety! From pandas, and horses to puppies and sharks, there was such a range! Children worked really hard to make sure that they included adjectives, interesting verbs and even similes!

Here are a selection of stories that were sent to Miss Kilby from Kusama class:

Sohum recorded himself reading his story. Use your camera to scan the QR code here to watch him read his story out loud!
Francis has published his story by adding a front cover and typing it up. Use your camera to scan the QR code here to read his story.

Other stories that were sent to Miss Kilby included:

Curtis' story about a panda and a pheasant chick. He also created a fantastic illustration of a panda to go with his story...

Michael's story about a kitten and a puppy...

Elliot's story beginning about a shark who met a croc...

The middle of Elliot's story...

The end of Elliot's story...

Sofia's story

Marta's story...

The beginning of Hugo's story...

The middle and the end of Hugo's story...

Aren't they fab?
Well done to all the children who wrote a story based on the Tadpole's Promise - they were great!
