Magritte class science - The Solar System

In science Year 5 are learning all about the Earth and Space. Today Magritte class were learning about the comparative size of the planets of the solar system. Did you know that if the Sun was the size of a basketball then the Earth would be just 2.16mm across? We made miniature planets out of plastacene and used books and iPads to research loads of facts about each planet.
