Year 1s art project

 Oh I do like to be beside the seaside!

As part of Year 1's topic about the seaside they have been looking at artist

 Rachel Bennett's work.

She takes inspiration from the sea and creates her pictures using a variety of techniques.

 

We have tried lots of different art techniques.  Here we are screen printing.

 

If you mix sand and glue with paint it gives a good thick texture.
