Nursery had a surprise visit from Little Red Riding Hood! She told us about her scary encounter with a big, sneaky, stinky wolf with sharp teeth! The children really wanted to know what she had packed in her packed in her basket for Granny! We had all sorts of ideas from cake to ice-cream. Little Red Riding Hood told us she took a book, some chocolate and some yellow daffodils to Granny. She told the children that she learnt a very important lesson today and will in future listen to her grown ups and not talk to strangers!
Little Red Riding Hood inspired the children to make some collages of the sneaky wolf, Granny and Little Red Riding Hood herself!!
