Year 5 Feel Good Workshops

Today, the children in year 5 got involved with a feel good workshop. They were introduced to some breathing strategies to help cope with emotions and feelings that may arise due to different situations. The children shared examples of when they have felt a certain emotion due to a situation and a key message from the session was that it is okay for our bodies to feel a certain way, but it is how we deal with it.
