Year 6 were delighted to meet Ragnod Dorgan, dragonologist, today - and he was extremely happy to read their excellent journalism, as their newspaper articles on the alarming dragon egg discovery hit the front desk.
The children worked in puns, alliteration, a variety of speech and some wonderfully rich description as they brought this worrying occurrence to the headlines.
The writing has really been egg-tremely entertaining and time has not ‘drag(ged) on’ when reading these fantastic pieces.
