Last week Year 4 were kept very busy with their writing project and science! In Writing we immersed ourselves in our suspense writing about ‘The Forbidden Garden’. Our teachers set the up the immersion room as a secret garden complete with crunchy autumnal leaves, haunted gargoyles, ancient statues, tarnished chairs and a creepy tombstone.
In science we have worked really hard to learn about how circuits work. We compared lots of different materials as to whether they are conductors or insulators of electricity (whether they let electrons pass through the circuit).
We are really looking forward to our Victorian day tomorrow!
