Today year 6 started investigating the matter of the Elgin Marbles, with a view to writing a piece on whether or not the infamous artefacts should be reunited with their ‘other halves’ in Athens.
The children created timelines of the Parthenon and enjoyed viewing some polemical speeches on the subject.
Stay tuned to see whether Windhill believe the marbles should stay in the British Museum....or return to Athens, nestled in the foothills of the Acropolis.
