This afternoon, the children added the finishing touches to their biographies and edited and improved them until they were happy to perform them. We have learnt so much about this iconic Olympic hero and the children all crafted their biographies in a unique way. In the children’s words, ‘Jesse Owens never stopped fighting for what he believed in and he will be remembered as a hero for many years.’
