It has been great to see all of your home learning this week!
I just wanted to take a moment to share a few fantastic things I have seen this week.
PE: Lot's of you have been enjoying Joe Wickes daily PE lessons as well as Cosmic Kids Yoga at home!
Phonics & Literacy: Wow so many of you have been continuing your leapfrog lessons by watching Ruth Miskin RWI videos on youtube this week. Remember you would benefit from watching both Set 1 Sounds and Set 2 Sounds lessons and joining in! So many of you have been practising your red words and writing too! Remember, you can't Fred a red!
Maths: From Mathletics, to worksheets to playing games, this week you have all really excelled in your maths work! I have been impressed with your scores on Mathletics this week, keep up the good work. If you have completed numbers 1-10 remember you can move on to your teen numbers now!
Other areas: Many of you have been painting, drawing and making your rainbows to show your support for our NHS workers and keep everyone going in this uncertain time. Your rainbows certainly brought a huge smile to my face! It's also been lovely to see so many children helping around the house, baking and helping in the garden too!
Story Club:
Thank you to everyone that has been tuning in to Windhill21 Story Club over on youtube. It has been really fun reading my favourite stories for you. I have quite a few lined up and I will be reading to you every Monday and Thursday so make sure you tune in!
