Year 4 newsletter

We have had another busy week in Year 4! We have been working very hard to practise our poetry performances (both in class and on the playground!) Rousseau performed 'Tyger Tyger' by William Blake and Picasso performed 'There's a Rangtan in my bedroom' by Greenpeace. It was great to perform our poems to the rest of the school and we were so proud of ourselves afterwards! We also enjoyed watching the other classes perform and thought everybody did amazingly!

Rousseau class has also been to the forest this week where we melted ice and chocolate (and ate some!) We then had a competition to see which group could make the sturdiest and most waterproof den.

Picasso class have been enjoying their strings lessons with Mrs White and are making lots of progress for their first time using violins and cellos! Rousseau class are also enjoying swimming!
