Wow! Another busy week in year 2! In maths we have continued learning about money. We even pretended to be shopkeepers and customers to learn how to give change! The writing had fallen off a page from the book that we have been reading in literacy and we had to write in the words. We used lots of describing language and really impressed our teachers! We have also been practicing the songs for our performance, making sure that we all know the words and the actions. Year 2 have also been visited by two elves who are helping us show kindness throughout this Christmas time. Every day we are given a kindness challenge (such as telling a joke to make someone laugh, to hold the door open to people and teaching someone something new) and we love being able to fulfil it!
