Year 4 newsletter

Last week, Year 4 have been busy debating, discussing and writing about our current key question, 'Should we give money to homeless people on the street?' We thought lots of sensible reasons for and against this 'act of kindness' before finally coming to our decision that if we gave the money to a homeless charity it would be spent more appropriately and would benefit the homeless people more.

Following on from this, this week we are completing our art project, 'Silhouettes of London'. We are asking for parents to buy these once the children have completed them as we are going to frame them nicely. All money raised will go to the Bishops Stortford Night Shelter based at Holy Trinity. The art will cost £2 each and will be on sale from Thursday 10th December.

We hope Year 4 have enjoyed their homework this week, making soup! We are excited to hear all about your creations and seeing photos!
